Writer's Block: Wardrobe Malfunction

Broken zippers, split seams, straps that come untied at the most embarrassing moment possible—what's your most memorable experience with an unexpected wardrobe malfunction?
Oh goodness... when I was in the service, I had forgotten to zip up the bottom part of my coveralls when taking a piss; I was expecting dirty work in the cableways, so I went commando instead of ruining a pair of underwear. I didn't realize it until someone told me that my entire package was viewable.

This was made aware to me on the aft mess decks, where everyone ate. By someone I didn't know. I learned later that my shopmates knew, but didn't tell me, because, as was made aware to me in between fits of laughter, "we wanted to see how long it would take before you noticed".

My worst is still getting my crotch splattered with marinara sauce from a meatball sandwich that I had in the mall food court on one of my breaks during the EB Games days. Had to take a long walk of shame back to the store, though I at least got the chance to stand behind the counter once I got there.

Why would you want your coveralls zipped up when taking a leak? Doesn't that defeat the purpose?

Navy coveralls have the zipper going from the top to the crotch area; there is a zipper at the top and the bottom. So to take a leak, we would sip up the bottom part instead of zipping down the bottom.

I never got my junk caught in them; they were pretty comfortable, to tell you the truth.
