Beautiful. So because of random bullshit from all facets of my so-called life, I've had to play the adult today. I have a review that I have to get done with by Monday, so instead of going to Connecticon, I'm staying home to play a video game that's more or less a cut and paste of last year's game. I haven't gotten to play it the past couple nights, mainly thanks to some of the most ridiculous bullshit I've dealt with in a long time. So because I have responsibilities to one community, and because of some absolutely abhorent bullshit in a second community, and the inability to meet up with the girlfriend I met initially at said community (bonus points: I passed out at might night, she came on at 1, and dinged my very idle AIM; joy! Haven't talked to the woman but once in a month, and I pass out! God, I'm such a FAGGOT), I'm going to miss something that I have to wait another year to get to, and even with that, Lord knows where I'll be in a year.

See what you fuckers put me through?

Ouch. Gay indeed.

(But I love your song. XD)

Everytime someone talks about Nas, they always bemoan the lack of a new Illmatic. It's tiresome, because he's released at least two comparable albums since, and this one might be his best all around. I'm dead serious; the album is as close to perfect production and lyric wise as he's gotten. It reminds me of a Common album, which is a good thing.

Is it funny that everyone else celebrates shit (like Stillmatic) that I find is overrated? XD

I LOVE the new album. But it may be bias because I've loved Nas since ...well, Illmatic. I liked It Was Written a lot, and sometimes I Am... (is it terrible that I actually like Hate Me Now? And I didn't even like Diddy much...)

Nah. I never really cared for Stillmatic either. XD

I think Illmatic was given classic status for one reason: "OOOOOOOH! OOOOOOOOOH!!! HE JUST SHIT ON JAY!!! NO HE DIDN'T!!! HE FUCKED THAT NIGGA UP!" But the rest of the album is average; it's not Nastradamus bad, but it's not as good as It Was Written. Since people love comparing Jay to Nas, if we're going to compare their 2001 work, Blueprint was better, because while Takeover gets attention, it's a middle of the road track, whereas Ether made Illmatic what it became.

I hated Diddy, but he didn't make Hate Me Now what it was, so there's no biggie there. XD

You know what I found was a strangely enjoyable Nas album, and my personal favourite until this one? Street's Disciple. People really missed the point with that one.

At this rate, I think things will hit a critical point and something will explode -- you, the community, both, or something else, as it's now a matter of "when," not "if."

Dude, you didn't have to stay home. They sent the Wii version of the game. Meaning it's my responsibility and my review is 95% done.

Funny, Pidgin didn't show you as idle, it showed you as online and available. Weird. o_0

But hopefully next year we can go together, right? And wouldn't it still be going on tomorrow (granted, things would be winding down, but still)?

I do worry about the stress you've been under, though...

I'm pretty sure the client 'Bus uses doesn't track idleness, so he never shows up as "idle". :(

Nothing's gonna explode at FESS. The members are being weird, but that's about it.

If you need time out from FESS to do other stuff, take it. We've got more than enough guys to keep an eye on things.

Further, if you're getting pestered behind the scenes, send some of them my way.

Verily, I do.
