  • 13:34:01: Square RPGs from the PS1 era were a mixed bag. Highly imaginative. Beautifully thought out. But the interfaces were atrocious.

I do believe the [keywords] date to FF2 (NES). A feature that was never used again in that series. But! Dew Prism Threads Of Fate is classically underrated.

I don't know about that. I'm seeing a clunky game with a brutal interface that hasn't aged well. The #1 thing going for it - a healthy dose of charm - is done better in the first two Grandia games, in Skies of Arcadia, and other RPGs of that era.

It's cute, but I don't know if it's worth a full play.

That was intentional. I only approach things through wit, and being one of the 9482304238042 people to mention it is not witty. *tophat*

Shit like this makes me wonder if Stallman might have been on something.

Fixed that for you.

Not that I disagree with you - Stallman's a nut - but his main reason for using cell phones is "THEY CAN TRACK YOU!!!111!". This latest issue with the iPhone basically made me say "wait, he's fucking right!?"

Statistically speaking, a man with such a selective view of reality is bound to be right on something, given enough time. I mean, we're talking about a guy who (when not taking credit for Linux) lives and breaths a glorified piece of vaporware that's older than Duke Nukem Forever by well over ten years.
